WhosOnLocation Help Center
The purpose of the Help Center redesign was to align with the new WhosOnLocation website. This would create a unified customer experience across platforms and enable a seamless brand experience. Improving navigation and search results were key factors to successful execution.
Objectives
- Create a seamless customer-centric experience across website, application and help center
- Simplify search results
- Re-structure help guides to simplify navigation for categories, sections and articles
- Decrease the need for customers to contact support agents
- Easy to manage content for help center managers
Key responsibilities
- Design low & high fidelity mockups
- Conducted user-testing and implemented changes to the design
- Increase the usability for our customers
- Follow brand guidelines
- Develop a custom theme using the Zendesk API and Liquid templating language
