WhosOnLocation Help Center

The purpose of the Help Center redesign was to align with the new WhosOnLocation website. 


This would create a unified customer experience across platforms and enable a seamless brand experience. Improving navigation and search results were key factors to successful execution.

Objectives

  • Create a seamless customer-centric experience across website, application and help center
  • Simplify search results
  • Re-structure help guides to simplify navigation for categories, sections and articles
  • Decrease the need for customers to contact support agents
  • Easy to manage content for help center managers

Key responsibilities

  • Design low & high fidelity mockups
  • Conducted user-testing and implemented changes to the design
  • Increase the usability for our customers
  • Follow brand guidelines
  • Develop a custom theme using the Zendesk API and Liquid templating language
