This project came about as a solution to creating a cohesive experience across the website and the application. This meant a revamp of the website in its entirety, from a startup vibe to a global organisation as well as transitioning our focus to enterprise customers in all markets.
Objectives
- Create a seamless user-experience from website to application
- Increase site speed, traffic, SEO and decrease bounce rates
- Shift of focus to enterprise businesses
- Increase conversion rate and generate leads
- Develop for mobile first
- Easy to manage back-end using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Improve brand awareness
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate user research to understand pain points and define objectives
- Create low & high fidelity mock-ups
- User testing with working prototypes
- Project manage alongside the Marketing team using agile methodologies
- Use version control (Git) to keep code clean and concise
- Implement SEO best practices
- Develop a custom WordPress theme using Bootstrap framework
